Online panel discussions
From insights to impact, closing the GAP in inclusive mobility
You are invited to join our Online Panel Discussions!
Following the successful launch of the Erasmus+ GAP Inclusivity Toolkit (https://www.erasmusgap.uvsq.fr/inclusivity-toolkit) the project team organized two insightful Online Panel Discussions in early 2026.
These sessions addressed the GAP between mobile and non-mobile students, bringing together experts and stakeholders for an open discussion on the requirements for inclusive international mobility opportunities and the role of institutional policies. The discussions were grounded in the findings of the Erasmus+ GAP project research and the data collected through the Inclusivity Toolkit, providing a solid foundation for analyzing student mobility in the European higher education sector.
Participants were invited to two panel discussions on the same overarching theme but with different focuses. While the first panel centered on the local level, examining HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) and their practices, the second panel shifted to the European level, addressing the EU’s policy directions.
Here below the details of both panel discussions :
Panel discussion #1
Date: January 20, 2026, 03:00 – 03:30 pm CET
Program: For the first panel session, which will focus on the experience in Higher Education Institutions and address topics of outreach, communication, and support, among others, please find a draft agenda below.
Panel discussion #2
Date: March 17th, 2026, 03:30-05:00 pm CET
Program: The 2nd Panel Discussion will focus on the policy discourse on inclusive mobility. In preparation for the new Erasmus+ program which will be launched in 20208, we want to identify the missing link between European policy goals and the practical impact of the European mobility programs,
We are looking forward to closing the GAP together!
